People sign up in a similar manner they would choose a regular primary care doctor, with no extra fees, and can get immediate care for any urgent needs through the mobile app. Firefly Health works with employers to make sure their employees know they can choose the option, without requiring any special contracts or additional payments. Firefly Health is headquartered in Boston, MA. Our service will be broadly available in the Massachusetts market starting December, 2018. They will enter a second geography in 2019 and many more in 2020 and beyond!
