Spencer is a Partner at MaC Venture Capital. Prior to MaC, he led strategy and bizops at multiple venture backed startups. He began his career building operations across the New York and LA offices at onefinestay (later acquired by Accor in 2016). He joined Peerspace as the first expansion team lead, launching the LA market from scratch while owning P&L and expansion into the Southwest. He later joined the team at Omaze where he engineered the operating stack for the company’s newest division. Before joining MaC full-time, Spencer was an MBA Summer Associate where he spent the bulk of his time sourcing and doing diligence on deep tech deals.

Spencer graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the UCLA Honors College and earned his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs.
