Dela is a senior analyst at MaC Venture Capital.

Prior to joining MaC, Dela interned at Village Capital, an accelerator in Washington DC. There, he played an important role in constructing their Finance Forward 2019 US program, an incubator for startups addressing challenges around financial health, economic mobility and community resilience.

Dela graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelors of Science in Economics, a minor in Political Science, and a minor in Writing, Rhetoric & Technical Communication. While at James Madison University Dela served as the Student-Body President, and was a member of the executive committee of several different organizations on campus.

Outside of MaC you can find Dela listening to music, traveling, and conversing with as many different people as he can.
