Juan is the FP&A & Operations Analyst at MaC Venture Capital, where he works closely with the firm’s leadership on financial modeling, firm operations, and strategic initiatives that support the investment team and strengthen the firm’s platform across fundraising, portfolio support, and internal operations.
Prior to joining MaC, Juan began his career at EY as a Mergers & Acquisitions Consultant, working across the Business Valuation and Financial Due Diligence practices as part of the firm’s M&A consulting program. He later served as a Senior Associate in EY-Parthenon’s Financial Due Diligence practice, where he advised private equity firms and corporate clients on transactions by delivering financial analysis and transaction diligence across a range of industries.
Juan holds a degree in Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and earned professional certificates through the Strategic Investment Program (SIP) and the Technology Management Program (TMP).
