Forbes: mSurvey And Safaricom Continue Kenya’s Mobile Money Revolution
M-Pesa now has more than 17 million users, earned $400 million for Safaricom in 2016 and carries more than 50% of Kenya’s GDP. Other mobile operations based out of Kenya’s Nairobi are also becoming increasingly important, one such company is mSurvey. The Consumer Wallet is a platform that leverages mSurvey’s mobile messaging platform to track and measure Kenya’s cash economy in real-time, providing businesses, entrepreneurs and investors in the country insight into the spending habits of the offline consumer.
