We’re excited to announce that MaC Venture Capital has co-led a $20 million funding round alongside Toyota Ventures in Rendezvous Robotics, a company rethinking how spacecraft are built, deployed, and maintained in space.
As satellites grow larger and more complex, traditional launch constraints are becoming a major challenge. Rendezvous Robotics is developing technology that allows modular spacecraft components to autonomously assemble in orbit, opening the door to larger, more adaptable satellites that can reconfigure and repair themselves.
The new funding will help advance the company’s technology toward a planned in-space demonstration in 2028.
Congratulations to CEO Joe Landon, co-founder Ariel Ekblaw, and the entire Rendezvous Robotics team on this exciting milestone!
